Concept of the restaurant

-          We’re aiming to bring an authentic Korean experience to your table

-          We have installed grills on each table so you can grill your own food like you do in Korean BBQ in Korea

-          Koreans are really big on the concept of sharing, so when you order, it’s usually for the whole table to share and the grilling itself is a social activity

-          The restaurant is family friendly

-          Although we specialize in meat, we do have dishes that are vegetarian and vegan friendly, so no one gets left behind

Who owns it

-          This business is owned by four local families, the Kims, Parks, Songs, and the Yoons

-          It was created as a combined effort to bring Korean food to South Surrey

Why open in South Surrey

-          We wanted to open up a Korean BBQ restaurant in Surrey because there isn’t one nearby

-          We noticed how Canadians are always open-minded, willing to try new goods, and well accepting of different or new cultural experiences

-          So we wanted everyone to try Korean food and hopefully have a positive experience

-          We really wanted to keep the business local, so we receive our meat supply from Penguin Meats
