 리콜 에피소드: 월요일에 전에 리콜된 약품을 반품하기위해 약국을 찾았더니 약국에서 약을 제조한 제조회사에 보내라고 했다. 제조회사는 퀘백 몬트리올에 있는데 그곳까지 보내는 우편료가 $20이 넘었다. 약값보다 더 비싼 리콜비용을 회사에서 보상해 줄리 없고 약값도 보상을 해줄지는 받아 봐야 아는 상황. 그래도 리콜을 위해 우편물로 약품제조회사로 보냈다. 그런데 약품제조회사 주소를 찾는 일도 아주 힘들었다. 약 포장지에 있는 주소나 글씨는 너무 작어 알아 보기도 힘들었고 겨우 찾아 우체국에서 부치려고 하니 우편번호만 있으면 소용이 없다고 그 길이 다 그 회사 주소라고 해서 다시 리콜주소를 정확하게 인터넷으로 찾아서 겨우 보낼 수 있었다.
