Job Summary

Columbia Capital Inc. (http://www.columbia-capital.com/) actively supports Korean companies in energy/resources sector as well as global investment sector with their financial participation in high potential resource development projects. Also, the company provides natural resources/energy developers with sufficient funding for potential projects along with an opportunity to grow.

Columbia Capital Inc. is looking for a Junior administrator as an entry level, to join our team in Vancouver and welcoming highly motivated and responsible applicants with "Can do" attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Canadian entities of Korean companies & in-house companies including filing, and accounting etc.;
- Natural resources &Energy market /projects research and reporting to senior management;
- Coordinate communication with partners, investors, and local / international companies;
- Meeting arrangement/Documents organization and management
- Identify and develop new market and business opportunities;
- Manage other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting background is an asset.)
- Minimum 1-2 year of related working experiences;
- Fluency in English and Korean;
- Strong attention to detail;
- High proficiency in MS office, especially, excel and word;
- Exceptional verbal communication and marketing skills;
- Committed to work with deadlines;
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Location: Downtown, Vancouver
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
