Duties :

1.Plan,Prepare and cook various menus:

2.Oversee kitchen opertions:

3.Maintain inventory and records of food:

4.Determine size of food portion:

5.Clean kitchen and work area.

6.Supervise and train helpers in culinary preparation  techniques used.

 

Qualifications :

-minimum 3 years of Japanese or Korean  cooking experiences required.

- Completion of Secondary School

 

Work Locations :

-A3-4400 Rochdale Blvd., Regina,  SK S4X 4P7

 

Wage :

- $13.50 per hour / 40 hours per week

  (10 days of paid vacation per year or 6% of gross salary for vacation pay are provided on duties)
