Chui Hong is seeking permanent, full time cook to join our team. Do you have experience working in a fast paced Korean style Chinese restaurant preparing high quality food? We are looking for someone with experience, the ability to execute our current menu, plan new menus and a positive attitude and passion for cooking.

 

Cook (Korean style Chinese cuisine, Surrey BC)

1 Vacancy, FT 35hours/week, permanent, $42,000/year

 

Qualifications:

• Three years of working experience

• Available for weekends when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Duties:         

• Prepare and cook Korean style Chinese dishes and menus

• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

• Oversee kitchen operations

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Monitor kitchen and work area

• Plan new menus and improve on existing menus

• Monitor and order supplies

• Train kitchen staff
