Job Description: Office duties include, but not limited to the following:

• Effectively communicate with team members

• Record customer / client calls, log data daily to maintain high customer service levels.

Qualifications: 

Experience 

• Insurance-related or Customer service field experience is an asset

Education

• Minimum high school diploma

Skills

• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients

• Fluency in Korean and English an asset

• Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products

• Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients

• Good computer skills 

Working Conditions

• Within walking distance of Skytrain

• Business hours operation

• Office environment

• 8-hour shift (may be adjusted)
