Apex Wireless is looking for an energetic and organized individual to fulfill an administrative / CSR assistant vacancy in our Surrey location. This position is an integral part of our team at Apex Wireless. APEX manages many of TELUS's largest national accounts, utilizing our industry leading suite of services to more effectively manage their wireless accounts. It's within the responsibilities of the administrator's role to assist our Enterprise Sales team in managing these accounts on a daily basis, as well as day to day office related administrative duties. This is a full time (8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F) opportunity for the right individual wanting to be a part of an energetic and fun team while learning and growing in a fact paced industry.
For this position, you will be required to:
- Assist in managing key corporate accounts while working alongside our experienced administrative staffs.
- Assist in processing, completing, and invoicing orders.
- Field calls from key accounts and assist clients in troubleshooting issues and/or collecting messages for the assigned rep,utilizing Apex and client-specific applications and support systems to manage service requests and orders.
- Assisting employees from our account base with TELUS Employee Purchase Plan promotions.
- Assisting Korean customers with Telus mobility and home service products.
- Assisting admin duties within the office.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Must speak English & Korean
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Completion of post-secondary coursework in a business related administration program is preferred, but not required.
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Industry Experience is not essential but is considered an asset.

Salary: $14.00 /hour
