Daidokoro Enterprises Ltd. dba Nagano Japanese Restaurant is looking for Japanese fusion cook.

 

* Position Type: Japanese Fusion Cook, Full Time, 40.00 hours per week

 

* Number of position : 1

 

* Position requirement:

Completion of college in Culinary field.

Minimum 1 year experience in Fusion Cooking.

Basic English speaking & writing.

 

* Duties:

Prepare and cook complete Japanese fusion meals or side dishes in our menus.

Plan menus and create/develop fusion cooking items.

Prepare and make all the sauces being used for cooking.

Monitor and order supplies and food processes.

 

* What we Offer:

Compensation : $17.00 per hour

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacations or 4% gross salary
