Fast growing international trading company with clients throughout North America & Europe requires full time Customer Service Associate and Marketing Associate.

 

1. Customer Service Representative (2 person)

     - General administrative duties as assigned

     - Control import documents and liaise with freight forwarders & customs brokers 

     - Customer relations facilitating artwork changes

     - Communicate with plant in Korea to control shipping & delivery of incoming cargoes.

     - Monitoring and maintaining inventory control

 

2. Marketing Associate (2 person)

     - Initiate, define and develop products and market opportunities 

     - Develop and identify potential customers

     - Contact potential customers via cold calling, emails, sales calls etc.

     - Special projects as required or assigned

 

** Requirement 

    - Post secondary education

    - Must be able to work multiple tasks 

    - Advanced level of computer skills (High level of MS Office skill is an asset)

    - Superior oral/written communication skills in English & Korean 

    - Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
