Job Description Minemura Sushi Japanese Restaurant Cook

Position: Cook 

Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Wage: CAD 15.00/hour

Benefit: 10days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Free meals at work and tips 

Job duties: 

Prepare and cook individual dishes on the menu such as  tempura, udon, ramen and teriyaki

Prepare various sauces and soup

Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)

Clean kitchen and work areas 

Job requirements: 

-.Minimum 1year of cooking experience 

-.Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
-.Knowledge of Japanese food and sushi. 

Educational Requirements; 

-. Completion of Secondary school
