Paul: Excuse me. I was here a little while ago and I bought some bread.

폴: 실례합니다. 제가 좀 전에 여기에서 빵을 샀거든요.

Cashier: Oh yes, I remember you.

계산원: 아 네, 기억나요.

Paul: But when I got home it wasn’t in my bag.

폴: 근데 집에 갔더니 빵이 없더라고요.

Cashier: Do you have a receipt?

계산원: 영수증 있으세요?

Paul: Yes here it is. I paid for it but you failed to put it in the bag.

폴: 네 여기요. 제가 돈을 냈긴 했는데 그쪽에서 가방에 넣지 않으셨어요.

Cashier: I’m sorry about that. Go and help yourself to another one.

계산원: 죄송해요. 가서 또 하나 가져오세요.

Paul: Thank you. My wife will kill me if I don’t come home with bread.

폴: 고맙습니다. 빵을 안가져오면 집사람한테 혼날 거에요.

Cashier: In fact you can take two loaves of bread. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

계산원: 저기 빵 두 개를 가져가세요. 불편을 끼쳐 죄송해요.

Paul: Thank you.

폴: 고맙습니다.

Cashier: Have a nice evening.

계산원: 안녕히 가세요.

“I was talking to him a little while ago.” (좀 전에 제가 그와 얘기를 하고 있었죠.)

* help yourself: (직접) ~하세요
