Suns Dental Laboratory Ltd. in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a CAD technician.

● Position:

   A Full-time CAD Technician to join Dental Lab.

● Wage:

   $26.00 per hour / 40 hours per week

● Business Location:

   310-1200 Lynn Valley Road, North Vancouver BC V7J2A2

● Responsibilities And Duties:

   Digitally design cases using 3Shape design software or exocad software.

   Scan stone models using a 3Shape scanner.

   Nest and mill cases using Sum3D and Roland milling machines.

   Troubleshoot digital cases for dental manufacturing.

   Understand of CAD manufacturing processes for milling PMMA, Zirconium abutments.

   Design full crown, coping and bridge Zirconia; milling and sintering crowns.

   Provide timely updates on daily dental work and direct management in the adjustment of workloads.

   Coordinate with other dental technicians to improve workflow and production protocols.

   Manage to combine information of invoices, clients' pictures and scanned models with 3Shape software.

   Perform and maintain daily backup or recovery of CAD/CAM images and data of personal computers.

   Recommend and apply patches and driver updates.

   Design details from product design standards and templates.

   Maintain version control of code sources, web pages, data models, themes, widgets and security standards.

● Qualifications:

   Completion of College program in engineering

   Minimum of 3 years experience in dental lab CAD

   Rapidly embrace new technology and innovative software related CAD.

   Strong and quick troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

   Positive and professional demeanor

   Work effectively both as a contributing team member and independently.

   Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

   Multilingual skill (English, Mandarin and Korean) would be an advantage.
