Position Summary

PRIDE AUTO SERVICE LTD. is currently looking to hire an Autobody Repairer to be part of our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience within an automotive body repair in a professional work environment.

Position Type: Autobody repairer, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Number of positions (Vacancies): 1

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
-Examining vehicles to find out what needs to be fixed.
-Welding underbody components.
-Replacing and repairing doors, front/ rear ends and underbody components.
-Removing fenders, panels and grills.
-Hammering out dents, buckles and defects.
-Straightening bent frames.
-Operating machines related repairs.
-Apply primers and repaint surfaces.
-Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
-Inspecting the completed work to test.

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an automotive body repairer.
- High school Diploma. (College Diploma in related field is an asset)
- Ability to multitask between different duties throughout the day.
- Must be able to perform standing, bending, crouching, kneeling for extended periods.

What we offer:
Compensation : $25~30/hour
Benefit : 2 weeks paid holidays. Medical Coverage support after 6 months.

Working location: Lougheed Hwy @ Brunette Avenue, Coquitlam, BC
