Yoon Clinic is currently offering Acupuncture & TCM services located in Burnaby near by Metrotown. We are growing and are looking for a English/Korean speaking full-time receptionist to help streamline our services and offer an enjoyable customer experience.
Requirements:
English and Korean speaker. Mandarin is an assets.
Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education.
Minimum of 1 year of customer services / receptionist work experience.
PR or Canadian citizen.

Duties Include:
* Welcoming patients to the clinic and educating patients about the services offered
* Booking patient visits in-person and over the phone using our online system
* Collecting and processing payments
* Processing insurance/ICBC payments
* Managing schedules
* Keeping the clinic clean
* Monitoring and responding to e-mails

* Assist with office administration
An ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and GMail, will have excellent time-management and problem solving skills, will bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a reliable detail oriented worker with sales experience.
We are looking for a full time receptionist that has availability;
Tuesday - Friday (10am-7pm) / Saturday (10am-5pm ) *1 hour of lunch break
