Have an eye for detail. English communication is a must. Knowledge of Word, Excel at a minimum. Room for career improvement. Minimum High School Diploma. Fun environment. You must have good interpersonal skills.

A. Correspond with customers over e mail and telephone to determine scope of supply.

B. Manage regular shipments and supplies of charts /publications.

C. Maintain and record all sales related information.

D. Make quotation, issue final invoices for processing in accounting and to customer.

E. Pick, pack, and ship orders to global destinations by Couriers. Prepare shipping documents.

F. Manage Inventory.

G. Filing all paperwork

Full training will be provided. This is a full time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Required education:

High school or equivalent
