The award-winning Railtown Catering is seeking to join their dynamic and ever-growing team. Railtown offers a positive working environment with a strong sense of camaraderie, competitive and fair wages, uniform service, daily staff meal and 50% off Railtown Cafe food. With aggressive expansion plans and professional development encouraged on all levels, the opportunities for advancement and growth for the right individual are limitless.
THIRD COOK:
This position will be responsible for sandwich and salad assembly for Railtown's multiple cafe locations as well as our catering division. He/she will also have the opportunity work off-site at catering events as desired.
HOURS:
Either 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and/or 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and/or Tuesday to Saturday.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume kitchen considered an asset
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong work ethic and high standards for quality
Team player who builds trust with colleagues and can be relied upon for their honesty and integrity
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Eager to learn and continually improve
Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
