A GENERAL MANAGER WANTED
A candidate Must had a minimum of 5 years, full time employment with any franchise hotel operation background, and will be an asset if experienced throughout an entire hotel departments from the past,
Able to work with a minimal supervision, flexible working hours on day and night, week and weekends, emergency on call,
Require a strong knowledge on computer, ability to oversee day to day hotel operation, ordering, merchandising, inventory, quality control, staff management/scheduling, payroll, marketing, promotion and advertising, accounting of A/R, A/P, guest service, public relations, basic and general knowledge on property repair and maintenance, emergency risk management, etc.

We are hiring a couple to join our team. The ideal candidates will be able to work with little supervision, will have a strong people oriented mind, and/or experience in sales. Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:
• To guide, direct, organize and develop both the Front Desk and Housekeeping Associates
• Respond to guest inquiries for group bookings, handle guest matters in a professional manner
• Manage all administrative duties as required. Including but not limited to: scheduling, placing orders and preparing payroll for processing
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection and training
• Set a positive example for all staff members by being punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with the emphasis on increasing guests and colleague satisfaction, revenue and cost reduction.
• Work to build our corporate client base Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors Required:
• Supervisory experience preferred (willing to train a candidate with the right attitude and fit)
• Sales and marketing experience an asset
• Post-Secondary Education or higher in Hospitality or related field an asset
• Time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem solving skills and a proven ability to work
• Superior literal and verbal enhancement skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to motivate and mange a diverse staff
• Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team with good judgment and common sense
• An ability to create an environment of comfort for our guests while recognizing repeat business opportunities
